GRZ 20-22 G

This body size with standard length jaws is able to apply 145 N of force at midpoint of the jaw. The L-Type jaw is able to apply 100 N of force at the midpoint of the jaw.

Requirements

Maximum air pressure 87 psi (6 bar).
Requires filtered dry air.

The following jaw types are available with this body:

Standard-Type

The Standard-Type jaws come with a knurled pattern on the jaw-face to better grip the sprue / part.

It is available in the body sizes of 10-6, 10-8, 10-10, 10-12, 20-16 and 20-22.

A-Type

The A-Type jaws have 2 holes for mounting custom jaws to the body.

Available in Body sizes: 10-10, 10-12 and 20-16.

C-Type

The C-Type jaws have sensors added to them to detect when the jaws are in the closed state with a sprue / part clamped within them.

*Includes sensor: SN 1.5, SP 1.5, SN 1.5-P, SP 1.5-P or SP 1.5 PM1.2

The following jaw types are available with sensors:

CT (T-Type): Tooth jaw with sensor.
Available in 20-16, 22 G and 20-22 G size bodies.
STC (ST-Type): Saw tooth jaw with external sensor.
Available in 10-10, 10-12, 20-16, 22 G and 20-22 G size bodies.
SCC (ST-Type): Saw tooth jaw with internal sensor.
Available in 22 G and 20-22 G size body.

D-Type

The D-Type jaws have an axial diameter to pick parts that are round.

Available in 20-16 size body.

KT-Type

The KT-Type jaws have an equatorial diameter to pick parts that are round.

The following jaw types are available with this configuration:

KT (KT-Type): Equatorial diameter jaw.
Available in 10-10, 20-16, 22 G and 20-22 G size body.

L-Type

The L-Type jaws increase the length to allow for a greater variation in location of the sprue / part.

*Includes sensor: SN 1.5, SP 1.5, SN 1.5-P, SP 1.5-P or SP 1.5 PM1.2

The following jaw types are available with this configuration:

LST (L-Type): Long jaw with the full surface of saw teeth.
Available in 20-16, 22 G and 20-22 G size body.

P-Type

The P-Type jaws allow for automatic fitting to the sprues due to the swiveling to guarantee contact in comparison to the standard jaws. The jaw-face is knurled to grip to the sprue / part more easily.

Available in 10-10, 10-12, 22 G and 20-22 G size body.

ST-Type

The ST-Type jaw adds aggressive teeth to clamp into the sprue.

*Includes sensor: SN 1.5, SP 1.5, SN 1.5-P, SP 1.5-P or SP 1.5 PM1.2

The following jaw types are available with this configuration:

LST (L-Type): Long jaw with the full surface of saw teeth.
Available in 20-16, 22 G and 20-22 G size body.
ST (ST-Type): Used for aggressive teeth to clamp into the sprue.
Available in 10-10, 10-12, 20-16, 22 G and 20-22 G size bodies.
STC (ST-Type)*: Saw tooth jaw with external sensor.
Available in 10-10, 10-12, 20-16, 22 G and 20-22 G size bodies.
SCC (ST-Type): Saw tooth jaw with internal sensor.
Avalible in 22 G and 20-22 G size body.

T-Type

The T-Type jaws adds diagonal teeth to the jaw-face to prevent slipping of the material being grabbed.

*Includes sensor: SN 1.5, SP 1.5, SN 1.5-P, SP 1.5-P or SP 1.5 PM1.2

The following jaw types are available with this configuration:

T (T-Type): Tooth jaw.
Available in 20-16, 22 G and 20-22 G size bodies.
CT (T-Type)*: Tooth jaw with sensor.
Available in 20-16, 22 G and 20-22 G size bodies.
KT (KT-Type): Equatorial diameter jaw.
Available in 10-10, 20-16, 22 G and 20-22 G size body.
WT (WT-Type): Extra wide surface face of jaws.
Available in 22 G and 20-22 G size body.

VP-Type

The VP-Type jaws add viton rubber pad to the jaws to prevent marring of finished parts.

Available in 20-16 size body.

W-Type

The W-Type jaws increases the surface area of the gripper to allow for greater contact to the surface of the sprue.

Available in 22 G and 20-22 G size bodies.
