The Standard-Type jaws come with a knurled pattern on the jaw-face to better grip the sprue / part.

The C-Type jaws have sensors added to them to detect when the jaws are in the closed state with a sprue / part clamped within them.

The following jaw types are available with sensors:

• C (C-Type)*: With sensor.
  Available in 10-8, 10-10, 10-12, 20-16, 20-22 and 20-32 size bodies.
  
  
• CT (T-Type)*: Tooth jaw with sensor.

• EC (C-Type)*: Stroke with sensor.

• LC (L-Type)*: Long jaw smooth with countersink and with sensor jaw with teeth.
  Available in 20-16 size body.
  
  
• LCT (L-Type)*: Long jaw with teeth and countersink holes for weight reduction, and has a sensor with teeth.

• RTC (R-Type)*: Tooth jaw without weight reduction holes with a sensor.

• KTC (KT-Type)*: Equatorial diameter jaw with sensor.

• STC (ST-Type)*: Saw tooth jaw with external sensor.

The D-Type jaws have an axial diameter to pick parts that are round.

The KT-Type jaws have an equatorial diameter to pick parts that are round.

• KT (KT-Type): Equatorial diameter jaw.

The L-Type jaws increase the length to allow for a greater variation in location of the sprue / part.

• L (L-Type): Standard size of L-Type smooth with countersink holes for weight reduction.

• LT (L-Type): Long jaw with teeth and countersink holes for weight reduction.

• LCT (L-Type): Long jaw with teeth and countersink holes for weight reduction, and has a sensor with teeth.

• LST (L-Type): Long jaw with the full surface of saw teeth.

The NP-Type jaws add nitrile rubber pad to the jaws to prevent marring of finished parts.

The P-Type jaws allow for automatic fitting to the sprues due to the swiveling to guarantee contact in comparison to the standard jaws. The jaw-face is knurled to grip to the sprue / part more easily.

The R-Type jaw removes the countersinks from the jaw face.

The following jaw types are available with this configuration:

• R (R-Type): Flat and smooth with no gripping pattern to avoid marking of a part being gripped.
  Available in 20-16 size body.
  
  
• RT (R-Type): Flat with teeth, allowing for a larger gripping surface area. This prevents hot plastic from getting caught inside the countersink holes of the T-type.
  20-16 and 20-32 size body.
  
  
• RTC (R-Type): Tooth jaw without weight reduction holes with a sensor.
  Available in 20-16 size body.
  
  
• ERT (R-Type): Jaws with stroke. Flat with teeth, allowing for a larger gripping surface area. This prevents hot plastic from getting caught inside the countersink holes of the T-type.
  30-32 size body.
  
  

The ST-Type jaw adds aggressive teeth to clamp into the sprue.

• LST (L-Type): Long jaw with the full surface of saw teeth.

• STC (ST-Type)*: Saw tooth jaw with external sensor.
  Available in 10-10, 10-12, 20-16, 22 G and 20-22 G size bodies.

The T-Type jaws adds diagonal teeth to the jaw-face to prevent slipping of the material being grabbed.

The VG-Type jaws consist of female V grooves to allow for pressure points to clamp into the sprue.

The VGT-Type jaws consist of female V groove, and a male V tooth to allow for pressure points to clamp into the sprue.

The VP-Type jaws add Viton rubber pad to the jaws to prevent marring of finished parts.

The W-Type jaws increases the surface area of the gripper to allow for greater contact to the surface of the sprue.
